Sound Healing

Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, tones, and other sonic vibrations to promote deep relaxation and release.

Instruments in my sound healing practice include Crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, harps, handpans, flutes, tuning forks and more. Specialized sound frequencies produced by these instruments activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which causes a cascade of positive and therapeutic effects on the body.

Public offerings are listed on the Events page.

See below for information on my private group and individual offerings.

PRIVATE GROUP EXPERIENCE

Sound Bath Meditation

I facilitate private sound bath meditations for interested organizations and other groups. These can be tailored to the specific needs of the group, with options for types of instruments.

Sound bath meditations can run anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours and can include additional time for a yoga practice, journaling or group coaching work.

Rates for private sound bath meditations start at $175 depending on group size, length of the sound bath, number of instruments, and distance to the facility.

THE PRIVATE EXPERIENCE

Sound Healing

I offer private sound healing sessions to individuals that prefer a more personalized experience.

Private sessions can include a mix of sound along with discussion in order to help clients achieve a greater sense of well-being.

Clients can choose preferred instruments and if they would like instruments placed on the body. Tuning forks, for example, are often used in personal sound healing sessions to transmit vibrations to the body at specific points.

Sessions run for 45 minutes to 1 hour and are performed in my Cary, NC location. Rates are dependent on specific needs but start at $90/session.
