Yoga Instruction

I offer private and group yoga classes that span a variety of styles, such as vinyasa, aerial yoga, gentle yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra.

Yoga instruction focuses not only on improving mobility, strength and balance but also on breath work, self-awareness, and mind-body connection.

I meet students where they are and encourage mindfulness and reflection by creating space for students to pause, connect with their breath, move with intention and stay in the moment. This can have a myriad of positive health effects, such as increased patience, decreased stress and overall improved mental health.

PRIVATE 1-ON-1 OR GROUP

YOGA INSTRUCTION

Private  1-on-1 instruction is especially beneficial for individuals that benefit from specialized attention. Private group instruction is also available for corporate or other groups that prefer a more personalized experience.

1-on-1 rates start at $75/hour. Corporate and group rates vary according to the size of the group, length of the session, and nature of the class or workshop.

I teach regular classes at Prana Studios in Holly Springs, NC and Expo Life Fitness in Cary, NC.

  • Gentle Flow on Sundays at 10:30AM
  • Aerial Yoga on Sundays at 12:00PM
  • Yin Yoga on Tuesdays at 7:00PM

Schedule at ExpoLife Fitness

  • Yoga I/II on Wednesdays at 7:00AM
  • Yin Yoga on Wednesdays at 5:30PM
